2. Return Shipping:

Please keep in mind that the cost of the return shipment is to be paid by the recipient. I kindly request that you carefully wrap the merchandise in its original packaging or an equivalent protective wrapping to ensure its safe return and avoid any damage during transit.

3. Condition of Returned Merchandise:

For a full refund, please make sure to return the merchandise in the same condition as originally shipped by Amy Steinberg Art. This includes all original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation. It is important to pack the items securely to prevent any damage during the return shipment.

4. Return Acknowledgment and Refund Process:

Once I receive the returned merchandise and confirm that it is in the same condition as originally shipped, I will send you an acknowledgment of the return via email. Please allow me some time to thoroughly inspect the items. Once the acknowledgment is sent, I will initiate the refund process.

5. Refund Method:

Refunds will be provided back to the original payment method only. If you made the payment using a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original transaction. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.

6. Partial or Damaged Merchandise:

I must emphasize that partial or damaged merchandise will not be eligible for any type of refund. Shipping Process:

For all merchandise except original art, the shipping method will vary depending on the product and will be handled by a third-party shipping service. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receipt, please reach out to me by email so that we can discuss the next steps, including any possible returns or refunds.

When it comes to original art, I take special care in packaging the artwork myself. The size of the shipment will depend on the size of the original artwork. For large paintings measuring 24"x36" and above, they can be crated and shipped. However, please note that the shipping costs will be incurred by the purchaser.

Currently, my store includes a flat fee of $17 for shipping each painting. If you purchase a painting larger than 20"x20", I will personally contact you to arrange the shipping details and discuss any additional expenses that may be incurred beyond the $17. I offer the option of shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, based on your preference.

For any art measuring 20"x20" or smaller, I will ship it via USPS for a flat fee of $17. Any additional expenses associated with shipping using this method will be covered by me and will not be passed on to you. Once I receive payment from my website, I will reach out to you by email to make the necessary shipping arrangements.

Please rest assured that each painting is carefully packed by me using appropriate packaging materials such as peanuts, bubble wrap, tissue, and other packing materials. Additionally, most of my original paintings and collages are mounted on board, which reduces the likelihood of warping during transit.
